September 1997

This picture was taken during a family trip to Europe

Shown here is the entrance to Dachau concentration camp. This camp is located 10 miles from Munich, Germany.
This building was one of the few that were left following WW II.

                                   March 2001

                                     Australia

Flew into Brisbrine for a two week visit, what a beautiful country.
The City Cat (shown) in Brisbane Australia is a water taxi that is used by the locals for their transportation,  while the tourist enjoys  the ride and the sights.

While in Australia  flew to Hamilton Island for a 3 day weekend. This island is one of 74 tropical islands in the Coral Sea, Hamilton Island is the only Queensland Island with a modern jet airport. The Island is just a boat ride from the Great Barrier Reef.

The Rainbow Larakeets are a pretty bird and very friendly they like to eat out of your hand and  sit on your head and your shoulders. Also, on the island the Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo is a pretty bird and just as friendly as the Rainbow Laraketts.
The Kangaroos come up pretty close to you, but they still kept their distance. A beautiful island with no vehicles only golf carts to get around in.
